Educational Workshop: Preserving the Harvest Wednesday October 15th 5:30-7:30 at the Co-op (inside Market Square) Learn how to preserve the season's bounty for the winter! Including canning, freezing, dehydrating and cold-storage. Also, be the first to sign up for our winter storage order of vegetables including squash, onions, beets and carrots.
